Table for the 1 triples with object "This four piece rock group out of Tampa, FL arose out of the ashes of Soy Bomb in 2003. After the departure of the eldest LaRochelle brother(Joey) which effectively exploded the bomb, guitarist Shem Lehmann moved to bass, providing drummer Luke Lehmann and guitarist/vocalist Benjamin LaRochelle with a creative spark which thus ignited Say It Again Lucas.

Over the next year they reached the pinnacle of their creative powers: the half hour long Trio, comprised of Carelessly, Marcucio's Lament, and Capulet's and Montague's. As their creative cylinders began to fire thusly, Shem suddenly departed to California.

Enter James Stasko, longtime friend but relatively new musician. After stumbling about for a few months, with much internal drama Say It Again Lucas hit their stride with tracks such as Amethyst, The D-Octave Thing, and The Jivey Song, all of which were unveiled at the landmark Skipper's Smokehouse gig, but were largely overshadowed by the infamous "Red Scarf Incident".

Fast Forward to October 2005, to the return of Shem from the northern reaches of California, back to resume his bass playing duties. James moved to guitar which contributed to a much fuller overall sound for the band. In between trips to Mexico, by Ben and Shem, and sporadic shows the bands creative talent was shown to be stronger ever with the inception of the impressively diverse song Encore.

They are currently on a hiatus from live performances so as to focus on recording their first full-length album."^^xsd:string on predicate ns1:biography sorted by label
