"
This will be the collection of tracks which are still fresh and exciting in 2007, but are few because I became a graduate student and lost most of my free time. I've had so little time with these tracks that most of them don't have proper names. However, they are some of the best mixed and mastered (everything is loud) recordings I have made, and some of the best musical pieces.

"Abandoned Reprise" yet another reprise of "Abandoned", so if you liked the original or "Inspiration", you'll like this one. It features synthetic mandolin and other guitar instruments like the upright bass. The chorus section features a symphonic guitar part performed by Warren Thompkinson.

"April 9th" is a nice attempt at a complete electronic track. The bass part is still a bit repetitive even though it has a breakdown (which is really good). This track features symphonic clapping noises.

"August 7th" is a completely incomplete track (if you will). A comically deliberate intent to make the track more complete is heard during the choruses. I can't stress enough how thrown together this track is.

"June 2nd", also known as "Home Box Office", should remind you of what's coming up next. It is lead by one of my favorite instruments, the Rhodes Piano. The composition is exciting and the parts, although repetitive, hold it down on the engineering tip, so to speak.

"May 25th" was created in honor of the style of music in an old video game featuring cars from the British sports car manufacturer Lotus Cars. Actual sounds of thunder have been mixed in with the rhythm in the beginning for extra electricity. The drums are completely synthetic--noises I shaped to have familiar textures.

"North" is a track featuring the grand piano, some synthesizers and a funky bassline. Who said the piano doesn't rock? Actual turn signal clickers were sampled for the chorus section. The xylophone part could probably use some work, but overall it's not bad.

"Why Not" is the most recent track, which I started for obvious reasons. It started as a bass & drums track with a "gangsta" lead (which was later replaced with a violin). The synthetic koto sound came in later to become the lead instrument.
"^^xsd:string
